EXECELO · THE DETAILS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This policy explains how Execelo handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us or request a business action plan through Cut the Chaos.

1. Who handles your information

Execelo is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact our privacy contact at admin@execelo.com.

2. Information you choose to provide

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and project message. You may also provide your business name, phone number, estimated budget and how you found us. We use these details to respond, understand your project and discuss a possible engagement. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your message.

If online delivery is available, the form sends your enquiry to our business inbox through Brevo. Otherwise, it prepares an email on your device for you to review and send using your own email provider. Preparing or copying that draft does not send it to us. The website does not save contact-form enquiries in its lead database.

If you request a game action plan, we collect your chosen email address or mobile number, preferred contact channel, optional business name, selected business goal and game score. We also record the submission time, request identifier and version of the contact consent you accepted. When lead collection is available, these requests are stored in our private, self-hosted Supabase database. When it is unavailable, you can view and download a general plan without submitting contact details.

Providing information is voluntary. Required fields are needed to process a form request; you can browse and replay the game without submitting contact details. Leaving optional fields blank does not prevent submission.

3. How we use your information

We use enquiry information to answer you, prepare relevant proposals and manage the resulting conversation. For game requests, we use your chosen contact channel to discuss your action plan and Execelo services, as described in the form’s consent checkbox. Submitting that form does not subscribe you to recurring marketing. You can ask us to stop that follow-up at any time.

We also use limited technical information to operate the website, protect it from abuse and diagnose delivery problems. The game request handler uses your network address to create a hash that changes with the date and limits submissions. It stores that hash with your request, rather than storing your raw IP address in the lead table. Direct contact-form delivery uses a separate daily network hash and submission timestamps to limit enquiries; these technical records are removed after 24 hours on the next direct-delivery request. Hosting providers may separately process IP addresses and request metadata in their infrastructure logs.

4. Device storage and external links

The game saves your personal best in your browser’s local storage on your device. It does not store your contact details there. You can remove the saved score by clearing this site’s browser data. Friend-challenge links contain a game seed and a self-reported target score; anyone you share the link with can see those values.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and page views, including which pages people visit, referring websites, approximate country and browser or device type. It does not use analytics cookies. We do not send form contents or contact details as analytics events. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information for details.

The website does not add advertising trackers. Hosting or security services may use technical cookies to operate or protect the site. External sites, including our social profiles and your email provider, handle information under their own policies.

5. Service providers and sharing

Information may be handled by the people at Execelo who respond to enquiries and by providers that supply hosting, database storage and email services. The website is hosted on Vercel. Game lead storage uses an Execelo-operated, self-hosted Supabase database when configured. Brevo handles direct enquiry delivery when enabled, along with the email providers involved in the conversation. Any records retained in earlier hosting systems remain subject to these handling and retention purposes. Providers may process information outside your country, including outside New Zealand. We use them to support the purposes described here and take reasonable steps to protect information handled on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or where lawfully necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our services.

6. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Game lead records are not available through a public read endpoint. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain a resulting business relationship or meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and status of the enquiry; game lead records are not currently subject to automatic expiry. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion using the contact below.

7. Your requests and concerns

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion, or withdraw permission for game-enquiry follow-up by emailing admin@execelo.com. Include the email address or mobile number used for the enquiry so we can locate it. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. If we need to retain information for a lawful reason, we will explain that when responding.

Contact us first with any privacy concern so we can try to resolve it. If New Zealand privacy law applies, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. Other rights and complaint routes may apply under the laws relevant to you.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or our information practices change. The date above identifies the current version. If we propose a new use that requires your consent, we will seek it before that use.
