For an existing site, we first discuss what works, what needs rebuilding and any content or URLs worth preserving. A redesign should have an agreed goal before the design changes.

What happens during the project?
- Understand. Discuss your customers, business goals, current site and required content.
- Agree the brief. Confirm the pages, features, quote and acceptance criteria.
- Design and build. Review the work in two consolidated feedback rounds and test the agreed journeys.
- Launch and hand over. Make the site available and show your team how the agreed setup works.
Care and costs after launch
The build includes 30 days of defect fixes for the agreed work. New features and changes to the brief receive a separate quote.
Optional website care is US$50/month for hosting, routine maintenance and up to 30 minutes of small content updates each month. Unused time does not roll over. There is no minimum term; cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. New pages, features and redesigns are separately quoted.
Domains, paid software and API usage, premium assets and business email are additional client costs disclosed before work starts. Applicable taxes, if any, appear in your quote. Email support has an initial response target of two business days; resolution depends on the issue.

Can you improve our existing website?
Yes. We can discuss a redesign, performance improvements or changes to the enquiry flow. The scope depends on your existing site and goals.
Do we need to write all the copy?
The five-page package includes copywriting based on the factual business information you supply. You approve service details, images, claims and other content before launch.
Can the site connect to our business tools?
We can assess the connection and quote it separately. Our business automation service starts with one workflow connecting up to two supported tools.
Does basic SEO guarantee rankings?
No. We prepare the agreed pages so search engines can understand them. Rankings also depend on content, competition and other factors; they are not guaranteed by the package.
