EXECELO · THE DETAILS
Website Terms
Last updated:
These terms describe the permitted use of the Execelo website, Cut the Chaos game and free business action plans. Please read them when using these features.
1. About this website
Execelo provides information about website development and business automation services. You can contact us at admin@execelo.com with questions about these terms.
Sending an enquiry or requesting a free plan does not place an order, create a paid engagement or commit either party to a project. Paid work requires a separate agreement covering scope, fees, timing, ownership and any support obligations. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
2. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and provide information you are authorised to share. Do not send spam, impersonate others, submit malicious content, interfere with the game or forms, bypass submission limits, or attempt to access private records or systems. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service.
3. Website content and ownership
The website’s original text, designs, branding and game content belong to Execelo or its licensors. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view the website, play the game, share links and download your free action plan for personal use or internal business planning. Do not resell, republish or present our original content as your own without permission. Rights to work delivered for a client are governed by that client’s separate agreement.
4. The game and free action plans
Cut the Chaos is a free entertainment game. Scores have no cash value and do not entitle you to a prize, discount or paid service. Personal bests are stored on your device, and friend challenges use self-reported scores rather than a verified public leaderboard.
Free action plans are general suggestions based on the business goal you select. They are not a personalised assessment, professional legal or financial advice, or a promise of revenue, savings or other results. Review any proposed automation against your own business needs, systems and obligations before implementing it.
Playing and replaying do not require contact details. Requesting the action plan through the optional form requires the indicated details and your permission for enquiry follow-up. That permission does not subscribe you to recurring marketing.
5. Availability and external services
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but features may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of general information is complete or current. Contact us to confirm service details, pricing and availability before relying on them.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their content or availability.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights, remedies, guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable. These terms do not guarantee a particular business outcome from using the free game or action plans.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiry details, game lead requests and technical information, and how you can contact us about access, correction or deletion.
8. Updates and questions
We may revise these terms as the website changes. The date above identifies the current version; changes apply to future website use and do not change an existing client agreement. For questions or concerns, email admin@execelo.com.
